What if I have to cancel attending a camp?

Marlin Ikenberry Baseball Camps LLC does not offer refunds for cancellations. For cancellations, we offer credit toward a future Camp/Clinic. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled camp date to receive credit. Cancellations due to injury, less than 48 hours prior to a Camp/Clinic, must have documentation to receive camp credit. Refunds will only be given to campers who are injured, and cannot attend another camp prior to graduation. Camp/Clinic credit is non-transferable to any other camper.

What should campers bring to camp?

Campers should bring all equipment necessary to participate in camp. (Bat, Glove, Helmet, Catchers Gear, Hat, Cleats, Tennis Shoes, Baseball Pants) Metal Spikes are not permitted.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

In the event of inclement weather, camp will be moved to our indoor facility located in Memorial Hall. Memorial Hall is located across the parking lot to Veterans Memorial Park.

Will there be an athletic trainer present?

Yes, there will be a certified Athletic Trainer present at each event.

Will other College/Universities be in attendance?

Along with the entire JMU coaching staff, other schools will be in attendance at every Prospect Camp. Schools that have attend camps in the past include: Longwood University, Radford University, George Mason University, VMI, King University, University of Charleston, Bridgewater College, Eastern Mennonite University, Shenandoah University, Roanoke College, and Hampden-Sydney College.

Are meals and drinks provided?

Water and Gatorade will be provided for the campers. Meals will not be provided. We ask that all campers bring a lunch or snack with them.
